TWO LOCATIONS TO VISIT.

Take a six mile drive north of downtown Sequim to the waterfront and beaches of Dungeness Bay where you can visit the original Dungeness heritage farm site and gift shop during the farm season.
A CERTIFIED ORGANIC FARM.
Olympic Lavender Company has been certified organic through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Organic Food Program (NOP) and the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) since 2001.
Sustainable farm practices, peak time harvesting of fresh plant material and select dry plant material, and knowledge are just a few key traits behind the art and the science of distillation.
The extraction process through both small batch steam distillation and hydro-distillation of select herbs and flowering tops of plants is proprietary, utilizing high-grade food industry stainless steel commercial distillation equipment and copper distillation equipment for each unique product desired.
A WORKING FARM & EDUCATION CENTER.
Olympic Lavender Company got its start in the mid 1990’s and has grown over the years to become a world-known specialty crop agritourism destination for small farm production.
If you visit the original Dungeness heritage farm site during the farm season, we will show you what can be done in your home, in your garden, and in your business with lavender. We are hands on and we want you to share in the experience of our lavender farm.
A PIONEER IN THE U.S. LAVENDER INDUSTRY.
In 1995, a decision was made to purchase and transform five acres of a former dairy farm and farmland located on a scenic waterfront drive into a commercial lavender farm and open space agritourism destination.
Shortly after in 1996 with the lavender farm and business firmly established, our first lavender plants, products and crafts were put out into the market and introduced Olympic Lavender Company as one of the first few pioneers in the United States retail and commercial lavender farm industry.
The farm has welcomed thousands of visitors over the years to Sequim since that time, learning about our passion for the farm life and for premier lavender products. Many farms across the United States got their start after visiting our farm and town and that is one of the greatest compliments we could have ever asked for.
